Kenley Noye – Recipient of the 2026 Donald McKee Memorial Scholarship
The Canadian Volunteer Fire Services Association (CVFSA) is pleased to announce the
recipient of the 2026 Donald McKee Memorial Scholarship is Kenley Noye of Tyne
Valley, Prince Edward Island.
Established in 2017 to honour the late Donald McKee, one of the earliest board
members of the CVFSA. Don’s 13 years of dedication to the CVFSA by volunteering his
time, professionalism and expertise will never be forgotten.
Kenley will be pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in
French at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) in Charlottetown, Prince
Edward Island.
The 2026 “Donald McKee Memorial Scholarship”© of $1,500 is given out annually,
based on the academic standing of the applicant and their involvement with school and
community
